Bill is the originator of the highly regarded “Seven-Step Business Plan Process,” which provides a step-by-step roadmap that enables planners and decision makers to approach the training facility planning method from a strategic/business perspective.
Author of several articles, including the special technical report, “Seven Traps That Can Turn Your Training Facility into a Disaster,” Bill also writes for such industry publications as Fire
Chief Magazine and Fire Rescue Magazine. In addition, he is a frequent speaker at public safety events. He has delivered session and technical presentations at the following industry conferences: International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC), National Association of Field Training Officers (NAFTO), Fire Department Instructor Conference (FDIC), Partnership for Environmental Technical Education (PETE) and International Law Enforcement Educators and Training Association (ILEETA).
