An IBG Project manager since 2008, Jeff applies his immeasurable fire service experience in assisting departments across the country to improve their understanding and development of strategic thinking techniques, best business practice modeling, and training center efficiency strategies.

Jeff brings an expert, hands-on viewpoint to IBG after nearly 30 years of distinguished service with Vacaville Fire Department where he rose from firefighter to Division Chief before his honorable retirement in 2007. He is a California Certified Chief Fire Officer and has a California Community College Teaching Credential. He is a graduate of the College of San Mateo Fire Science program and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management (with honors) from St. Mary’s College of California.
